Customer Service Agreement
1. Service
1.1. Envirocomp offers you (“Customer”) a special weekly waste collection, composting and disposal service for disposable nappies, baby wipes, sanitary items and incontinence products (“the Service”).
1.2. Envirocomp supplies proprietary Collection Bags for the Service which is restricted in its availability to Customers who pre-purchase these Bags from Envirocomp and complete this Customer Service Agreement.
1.3. The Customer will be advised by Envirocomp of the collection date for their nominated address. Changes of collection dates to accommodate Public Holidays will be notified in advance to the Customer by Envirocomp.
2. Term
2.1. This Customer Service Agreement commences on the date of signature by both parties and the purchase of 13 or 26 Envirocomp Biodegradable Collection Bags, and will operate for an initial period of 13 or 26 weeks.
2.2. At least two weeks prior to the end of any 13 or 26 week period the Customer will receive a
reminder and a Service Renewal offer from Envirocomp for a further 13 or 26 week term.
3. Pricing
3.1. Prices for the Service will be in accordance with the Envirocomp Price List in effect from time to time.
3.2. Prices for residential customers using pre-paid Envirocomp Biodegradable Collection Bags include GST and are subject to change without notice.
4. Envirocomp Bag Purchase
4.1. To purchase Envirocomp Biodegradable Collection Bags to secure the Service see www.envirocomp.co.nz or call 03 312 9380 for a mailed Order and Payment Form.
5. Territory
5.1. The Service is available from residential or specified collection points within the Territory as advised by Envirocomp from time to time.
5.2. The current Territory available for the Service is available on our website.
6. Additional Terms and Exclusions
6.1. The Service is restricted to the collection of Envirocomp Collection Bags which contain disposable nappies, baby wipes, sanitary items or incontinence products.
6.2. Envirocomp or its Contractor has the right to refuse collection if contaminants are visible within the Bag or if a Bag is overfilled or damaged. In these circumstances the Bag will be left at the nominated collection address.
6.3. Any bags other than Envirocomp Biodegradable Collection Bags will be left at the collection address.
6.4. Bags which are not left for collection in any week may be left for collection in the following week.
6.5. The Customer may request Envirocomp to defer Bag collection for up to two weeks over any 13 or 26 week period. Otherwise extension of the Service beyond the current 13 or 26 week term of this Agreement will require completion of a Service Renewal and pre-purchase of Envirocomp Biodegradable Collection Bags for a further 13 or 26 week term.
